Fourth Street Lofts

DCI Construction was selected for this challenging 45,000 square foot project based on our ability to perform under difficult circumstances. With no staging area, a street in front, an alley in the back, buildings on both sides ??.. and build a new structure behind and old Façade front that was historical. Floor to floor heights on this five story structure ranged from 13 ft to 16 ft adding to the challenge. An existing structure was utilized for half the project making the very popular loft style apartments absolutely gorgeous. Adding to the beauty of this project is a four story atrium capped off with two huge skylights.
