Located on the town square of Chillicothe, Missouri this building brought much needed affordable housing to the area. Thirty two new apartment units, two community rooms, a commercial laundry area and a covered parking garage bring residents a wonderful place to live in this North Central Missouri farming community. This cast in place concrete building was gutted from top to bottom and rebuilt with all new interior metal stud framing system. All new MEP systems updated this facility to last another 50 years to this 41,000 square foot building which was originally constructed in 1924.
