Many famous people graced the rooms of this old Hotel including Mickey Mantle the baseball legend. In 2005 much of the grandeur was covered with plywood and boarded up. DCI Construction successfully brought back this grand old building to it?s original beauty. With twenty six new apartments in 32,000 square feet, a restoration of the ornate lobby and historical restoration of the exterior of the building this once again is the pride of Carthage , Missouri. DCI Construction completed this project in eight months from demolition to final finishes.
