The Oaks Hotel in
Historic Excelsior Springs,
MO is undergoing a major renovation with DCI Construction as the General Contractor. This 58,000 square foot building which originally was constructed in 1913 as an upscale 150 room hotel will transform into a 40 unit apartment building. Floors two through four have been completely gutted for construction of new apartments. The exterior of the building and the first floor lobby and sun porch are undergoing Historical Restoration back to its original design.

- Complete demolition of the interior of the building down to the concrete structure
