Joplin get a new look to a long overdue eyesore. DCI Construction began work on this multiple site project in September 2006. Three buildings located two blocks apart make up this 58,000 square foot apartment project. Original construction of this Six Story cast in place concrete structure dates back to 1918. Two three story buildings originally known as the Ridgeway Apartments were also built in 1918. In additional to the buildings we are adding three parking lots to the sites.
