Historic Mississippi River town of
Hannibal, MO is home to many well know landmarks including the famous Mark Twain Hotel. This hotel originally opened for business on January 23, 1906. In recent years the building has been unoccupied and fell into disrepair.
DCI Construction has renovated this landmark into a 34 unit apartment building. Renovation of this 37,000 square foot building includes Historical Restoration of the masonry exterior, complete demolition of the interior except for the historic lobby, framing new apartments with metal studs, installation of all new windows, complete new installation of plumbing, HVAC, fire protections and electrical systems and new finishes through out.
