DCI Construction Project Managers and Field Superintendents team up to put together a detailed and comprehensive "Master Schedule" for the project during the planning stages of each project. These schedules are constantly monitored and periodically updated to keep our clients and every trade informed of the expected progress. In addition to the Master Schedule our Field Staff puts together short term schedules on a weekly basis to help stay on top of progress. These schedules are shared with everyone involved in the project. |
