Part of working to eliminate Change Orders is to keep proper documentation through out the project, as well as, writing accurate inclusive scopes within subcontracts and purchase orders. If, in fact, a change is required, per the owners direction or a change in scope on the project, we will document these changes and provide open review of all costs associated with the change. |
