About Us

DCI Construction started business in 2003 with Denton Cline, a 34 year construction veteran and two longtime developers from Springfield, MO, Tom Carlson and Mark Gardner.  Our initial focus was to do Historical Restoration projects throughout the state of Missouri.  In 2008, DCI added development projects of tract homes in Kansas and Missouri.  To date DCI Construction has completed numerous historical as well as new construction of tract housing projects.  Beside Historical Restoration projects our experience encompasses a large range of other types of construction including hotels, restaurants, warehouses, retail centers and others.
