 Franciscan Villa, Springfield, MO Located in the center city area of Springfield, Missouri the building was the original location of Saint Johns Hospital until the early 1950's. Built in 1905 at a cost of less than $50,000 dollars this landmark building was renovated and restored by DCI Construction from basement to roof.

Restoration of this historic 88,000 square foot facility started in September of 2003 and was completed in September of 2005. This project was renovated in two phases to minimize resident relocation as much as possible. New apartments were added in areas of the building that were uninhabited before. New drywall walls and ceilings through out were installed making every apartment virtually brand new.
